Teenage Toolbox appreciates that you choose our service for your session. It is our absolute intention to provide top quality and personal care. To do that, the hour that you schedule is set aside for only you with the following guidelines and policies to provide you an optimum session:
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We ask all returning clients to arrive a few minutes prior to their appointment to ensure they arrive on time.
We understand that sometimes issues occur. It helps us a great deal if you call or message to let us know you’re running late. We will do our best to accommodate you. However, please note if you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
Teenage Toolbox asks that you respectfully give 24 hours notice of cancellation by phoning or emailing email@example.com.
If less than 24 hours notice is given to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be invoiced a 50% fee for the appointment unless another booking can be taken, in which case, there will be no charge.
If no notice is given for your session cancellation, you will be invoiced the cancellation fee of the full cost of your session.
Please be aware that when booking a session on the same day, it is considered set, and if changed, cancelled or rescheduled at any point after it is made, the client is responsible for paying the full price of the appointment.
During Lockdown, sessions are offered via messenger or zoom link.
One-on-one requests will require the wearing of masks and appropriate hand washing procedures.
Teenage Toolbox operates as a Transition Tool for teenagers, young adults, parents and carers.

They are offered to inspire life transformation through a multi-dimensional, person-centred, holistic approach. This may include a combination of therapeutic techniques working through cognitive behaviour, restorative justice, sensory modulation, somatic experience, meditation, communication analysis, and resilience education.
