Trauma-Responsive Training
For professionals who work with people.
What is Trauma?
Trauma is not rare.
In today’s disconnected world, trauma can arise not only from major events but from ongoing experiences such as separation or divorce, abuse or neglect, bullying, chronic stress, emotional invalidation, or environments where an individual feels unsafe, unsupported, or under constant pressure.
It is the body and brain’s survival response to threat, where the nervous system becomes dysregulated and remains in patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown even after the danger has passed.
It sits across schools, services, workplaces, and communities - often misunderstood, and often unintentionally reinforced by the very systems designed to help.

It was a delight to meet you, and I really enjoyed the wisdom you shared with us all."
