Supervision

Professional Supervision for Trainee Counsellors & Frontline Practitioners

I provide integrative, trauma-informed supervision that supports both the personal development and professional excellence of counsellors-in-training and practitioners in high-impact roles.

My approach combines clinical insight with nervous system awareness and reflective practice. I offer a grounded, relational space where you can explore the complexities of your work with confidence, compassion, and care.

Focus Areas of Supervision

We move beyond administrative requirements to focus on the "internal landscape" of your practice:

  • Clinical Attunement: Navigating client dynamics with ethical clarity and emotional resonance.

  • Reflective Capacity: Utilising Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Polyvagal Theory to understand both client and practitioner "parts."

  • Relational Dynamics: Exploring transference, countertransference, and the therapist's internal response with compassion.

  • Resilience & Regulation: Processing vicarious trauma and developing nervous system tools to prevent burnout.

  • Professional Identity: Strengthening boundaries, authenticity, and confidence in your unique therapeutic voice.

  • Complex Presentations: Bridging theory with real-world application in cases involving C-PTSD, Addiction, Self-Harm, and Suicidality.

Who I Support

I am especially passionate about providing a therapeutic anchor for:

  • Counsellors in Training: Supporting those in the early stages of their career or undergoing placement.

  • Trauma Practitioners: Those working daily with crisis, abuse, or complex mental health.

  • Frontline Workers: Social workers, educators, youth workers, and NGO staff exposed to systemic pressures.

Supervision is not just a requirement - it is a vital anchor. It is the space where you are seen, supported, and challenged, reminding you that your well-being matters as much as the clients you serve.
