Sessions

Sessions are held in person in Auckland, New Zealand, or via Zoom worldwide.

Individual 60-minute sessions 

Couples 60-minute sessions 

Couples 90-minute sessions 

 

Payment

Fees are structured to offer a DISCOUNT if paid within two days.

Late payments will incur the non-discounted rate on the following payment.

 

Invoices are emailed directly via HNRY following each session. Please add the invoice number to the payment (otherwise, HNRY will send annoying reminder emails!).

 

Conditions

Teenage Toolbox appreciates that you choose our service. It is our absolute intention to provide top-quality and personal care. To do that, the time that you schedule is set aside with the following guidelines and policies to offer you an optimum session:

 

New clients

Parking is restricted during the summer months due to our lovely beach access, so please ensure you leave plenty of arrival time. Please do not knock before your appointment time, as there may well be clients in session. (Maybe leave some time to walk on the beach afterwards too!).

 

Late Policy

We understand that, sometimes, issues occur. Please message if you’re running late by text, not email. I will do my best to accommodate you. However, your session may be shortened to accommodate following appointments.

 

Cancellation Policy

Teenage Toolbox asks that you respectfully give 24 hours' cancellation notice by texting the number given.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be invoiced a 50% fee unless another booking can be made, in which case there will be no charge.

 

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations are invoiced at the full fee.

(If you have a child who is off school, I can offer a spare room if they come with a book or entertainment).

Weather Restrictions

During restrictions such as bad weather or flooding, etc, sessions are offered via WhatsApp or Zoom.

Crisis Situations

Online counselling is not suitable for crises.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential, except where there is serious risk of harm to you or others (including children).​

 

Ending Sessions

You may end sessions at any time. I may also recommend ending or referring if:

• A different service would better meet your needs

• Significant issues require individual support first
