Offering suicide support and therapy  -  Help for teenagers experiencing suicidal thoughts  -  Support for families affected by suicide

Suicide can leave people struggling with overwhelming emotions, unanswered questions and experiences that are difficult to put into words.

Whether you are experiencing suicidal thoughts yourself, worried about someone you love, or grieving the death of someone to suicide, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Our work is grounded in a trauma-responsive understanding of human behaviour, emotional distress and the experiences that can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unable to see a way forward.

With extensive experience working with young people, adults and families affected by trauma, distress and suicide, we offer a compassionate, non-judgemental space to explore what is happening, understand the impact and identify a way forward.

When you have lost someone to suicide

Losing someone to suicide can bring a particularly complex and painful form of grief.

Alongside profound sadness, people may experience shock, guilt, anger, confusion, unanswered questions or recurring images of what happened. Relationships, family dynamics and the circumstances of the death can make the experience even harder to navigate.

There is no single way to grieve, and no fixed timetable for healing.

Our approach offers space to explore the loss at your own pace, make sense of difficult emotions and experiences, and find ways to carry your relationship with the person who died into your life ahead.

Where the death was witnessed or discovered, or has left distressing memories, support can also address the traumatic impact of those experiences.

The aim is not to forget, minimise the loss or force closure. It is to help you find a way to live with what has happened while making room for connection, meaning and life beyond the immediate pain.
